Founded by Naz Hussain and Kalim Rahim, FINDSY brings together over 20 years of combined hospitality experience, alongside expertise in science, investment management, business strategy and restaurant operations.

Having experienced the industry’s challenges firsthand, both founders recognised a growing need for technology that doesn’t simply help businesses manage their daily operations, but empowers them to become more efficient, profitable and resilient.

By combining their different backgrounds and perspectives, they set out to build FINDSY: an accessible, connected hospitality platform designed to support businesses of all sizes, from independent restaurants to growing hospitality groups.

With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, a background in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Investment Management, Naz brings together scientific thinking, financial expertise and firsthand industry knowledge.

His analytical approach, combined with his understanding of business performance, financial sustainability and the challenges facing hospitality operators, led him to conceive the original vision for FINDSY.

Recognising the opportunity to bridge the gap between traditional hospitality operations and intelligent technology, Naz envisioned a connected platform that could help businesses make better decisions, improve profitability and unlock sustainable growth.

His ambition is to develop FINDSY beyond conventional restaurant management software, creating an intelligent, evolving platform that combines data-driven insights, financial intelligence and a deeper understanding of guest behaviour. By bringing together analytical thinking, financial strategy and hospitality experience, his focus is on helping businesses better understand their performance, identify opportunities to improve profitability, strengthen guest retention and make more informed commercial decisions. Ultimately, his vision is to empower hospitality operators with the intelligence and tools needed to build stronger customer relationships, achieve sustainable growth and remain competitive in an ever-changing industry.

With over 10 years of hands-on hospitality experience and a degree in Business, Kalim brings an extensive understanding of the operational and commercial realities of running hospitality businesses.

Having worked across multiple areas of the industry, from kitchen operations and frontline service to restaurant management and ownership, he has experienced firsthand the challenges businesses face in maintaining profitability, managing daily operations and building lasting customer relationships.

Combining his practical industry experience with an academic background in business, Kalim recognised the opportunity to develop technology that addresses the real needs of hospitality operators.

His focus is on ensuring FINDSY remains grounded in the realities of the hospitality industry, drawing on his continued hands-on involvement in restaurant operations to develop practical, accessible solutions that address the everyday challenges businesses face. From streamlining day-to-day workflows to improving efficiency, resource management and financial sustainability, his ambition is to help operators run stronger day to day while building a solid foundation for long-term growth.
